GDI Products & Services – Flexible Benefits and More!
Premium Only Plan (POP) — The POP includes the plan documents and services needed to administer a pre-tax flexible benefits plan. This service includes annual non-discrimination testing and phone access to our staff of experts.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) — The FSA Plan includes pre-tax premium plan documents in addition to materials and services to offer FSA's to your employees. This service also includes annual non-discrimination testing and phone access to our staff of experts. GDI provides employee educational tools and training for your employees. Clients may include the debit card with this service.
Transportation Fringe Benefit Service — This service includes the plan document and resources needed to offer your employees IRS Code Section 132 pre-tax reimbursement accounts for mass transit, van pooling and parking expenses.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) — This product is developed in compliance with IRS Code Section 105 which allows tax-free reimbursement of employees’ qualified medical expenses. An HRA is a self-funding vehicle to help offset the rising cost of health insurance. We offer a variety of plan design options, some of which allow the client to offer its participants the debit card.
COBRA Administration Service — GDI’s COBRA Administration service provides all of the materials, information and support needed to ensure our clients meet their obligations under the federal COBRA Act of 1985.
Retiree Solutions — GDI has expanded two of its core services to assist employers who provide health care for retirees. Our Retiree HRA is designed to assist employers with establishing a defined contribution solution for their retiree population. GDI’s Retiree Billing service was developed to relieve the administrative burden of billing and collecting retiree insurance premiums.
