Through his years of service in the financial industry, Cliff brings a wealth of financial and plan administration knowledge to GDI. Cliff is committed to continually listening and learning from our staff, clients and participants. The application of this knowledge helps GDI develop solutions for tomorrow.
Kim Kennedy-Menz, CPA, Vice President and Controller
Kim joined GDI after having worked in the financial services industry for over a decade. With her financial expertise, she manages all accounting functions and financial controls for GDI. Kim oversees cash management, reconciliations for business and client accounts, payroll, and accounts receivable and payables. Kim maintains her license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the Maine Society of CPAs.
Lynne McKeone, CFC, Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer
Lynne has been a valued member of GDI's staff since 1992. She is responsible for training staff on new, existing, and pending business-related legislation. Lynne serves as a liaison with our benefit attorneys for the development of service-related legal documents. She regularly assists GDI staff and clients with compliance issues and provides oversight for GDI’s COBRA Administration & Enrollment staff. Lynne earned her Certification in Flexible Compensation from the Employer's Council on Flexible Compensation's Academy of Professional Standards and Ethics.
Susan Dublin, Vice President Strategic Alliances & Product Development
Susan has been with GDI since 2001. She obtained her BA from Washburn University and joined GDI with 15 years of experience working in the group benefit industry including insurance carrier and brokerage experience. She has served in Account Management and Sales Executive roles during her career at GDI, working with brokers and clients in northern New England. Currently Susan is working to identify, develop and enhance GDI’s position with new or existing sales channels, and works with the CEO in product development.
Mary Sue Tibbetts, Reimbursement Services Manager
Mary Sue has been with GDI since 1996. As the Reimbursement Services Manager, she is responsible for the day to day management of our reimbursement services, call center and debit card processing. Mary Sue’s expert knowledge has been acquired through the many different roles she has served within GDI.
