On April 19, 2023, we were notified by Point32Health, the parent organization of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, that they experienced a security incident that would disrupt all data exchanges with TPAs.  We received an update from Harvard Pilgrim that the incident is not resolved. As they continue to work towards remediation, they are not yet able to deliver data feeds to any TPA partners.   

As a result, Group Dynamic is not able to process HRA data feed claims for Harvard Pilgrim clients.  While Harvard Pilgrim has assured us, they are doing everything possible to resume regular processes as quickly as possible, they cannot provide a timeline.  While we wait for further updates, we are prepared to process urgent HRA claims manually. Participants may send their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) directly to Group Dynamic for processing at claims@gdynamic.com. This is a temporary resolution to help alleviate needs until regular data processing can resume.

We appreciate your patience and goodwill as we anticipate some delays and disruptions will result from manual claim processing. We know our partners at Harvard Pilgrim are working around the clock to restore services and resume regular data exchanges. In the meantime, we will do our best to expedite all manual claims we receive.
