SALES EXECUTIVE POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for the generation of new income streams as well as the maintenance of existing income streams. The SE provides internal team leadership in the implementation of new client accounts as well as year-round client service with direct support from the Account Managers (AMs). The SE is also responsible for coordinating all GDI services for applicable prospects and clients. Direct oversight is provided by the CEO and senior leadership.

COBRA SPECIALIST POSITION SUMMARY: The COBRA Specialist is responsible for working closely with individuals, clients, brokers and insurance carriers to generate COBRA notices and COBRA continuant documentation. This role includes customer service, daily data entry and other clerical tasks to facilitate the capture, transfer and maintenance of accurate and timely records.
