Please call 1-800-626-3539 and ask to speak to the Reimbursement Team. To submit a claim, choose one of the following options:
- Log into Group Dynamic’s secure Participant portal here or
- Submit your Reimbursement Request form and documentation to claims@gdynamic.com or
- Fax your completed Reimbursement Request form and documentation to 207-518-5200.
If you are a COBRA or Retiree Billing participant, please call 1-800-626-3539 and ask to speak to the COBRA Team. You may also send your inquiry to cobra@gdynamic.com.
Retiree HRA and VEBA participants can contact Group Dynamic’s Retiree Service Team as follows:
